Cancellation & Modification Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at moodpally@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and the details of the changes you would like to make.

Orders may be canceled or modified within 1 hour of being placed. After this period, your order enters processing or production and can no longer be canceled or modified.

Because many of our products are handmade and made to order, production begins shortly after your order is received. Once production has started, we are unable to accept cancellation or modification requests.
